Are your diamonds natural?
Yes. Harper & Stones sets natural diamonds, formed in the earth. Where a stone carries a laboratory report, the details are shown on its product page.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Once your order is placed, allow 20 business days for it to be made, checked and delivered. If you need it by a particular date, say so when you order and we will tell you whether it can be done.
Are your diamonds responsibly sourced?
Yes. All of our diamonds are responsibly sourced to meet ethical standards and transparency.
Which metals do you use?
We use premium precious metals including 14k and 18k gold (in yellow, white, and rose) and platinum. Chosen for durability, brilliance, and comfort.
How do I find my ring size?
You can use our ring sizing guide at home. Or for the most accurate fit, we recommend a professional measurement at a jeweler.
